Fundamental is a web magazine that really caught my eye the first time I saw it because they were putting together something different altogether. The idea of a web zine might not be all that new but the slant of being a future sound directory really made sense to me. With a great mix series, artist profiles, interviews, tune reviews and loads more to come, fundamental has really made a space for itself in this burgeoning scene. I'm proud to have written a few reviews for the site so far and 2011 should see a significant increase in output on the site so keep your eyes open for more reviews and some opinion pieces along the way.

Goldy the Godfather and VWAT supremo has an absolute Alladin's cave full of mixes and retro listening experiences to be explored on his site. Never a man for tracklistings but when it comes to mixing, this outspoken Dubliner is literally in a league of his own. Expect serious genre mutations and a never ending supply of tampons with his time of the month mix series.
